The Chardonnay Chalet is located in Ellicottville's beautiful village, at 37 Mill St. It is 100% new and the build was just finished in September 2019. Head to toe, Everything, with all of the furnishings, are all brand new for your comfort. From custom Amish furniture to very comfortable bedding, a wide-open kitchen/LR/Dining room we planned it well for your satisfaction. The Chardonnay turned out gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased to offer it to you, hoping to have you back again and again.
With 4 bedrooms ( all queen beds ), 3 full baths, and a very generous size deck with comfortable furniture for some outdoor living, you will feel plenty of comfort and room to breathe. There is a generous size parking area, TVs in every bedroom, a gas fireplace, powerful Wifi, and just about everything you would normally want at your home. On the entrance deck is also a ski/golf/activities locker. (Please supply your own padlock ). You will have 4 parking spaces to the right of the entrance.
Please also ask about our Chateau Merlot ( property # 2652927 ) and Bordeau Bungalow ( property # 1440191 ) as well for when you are hosting a larger group than the Chardonnay Chalet alone will accommodate. Come stay with us for whatever your occasion is. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Summary: We stayed for a week with our three grown children and their partners, the space was perfect. The main room is large and comfortable, and the kitchen is terrific. Every bedroom has a queen bed, chest of drawers and television. Three bathrooms too. I have to comment on the quality of the furniture in the chalet, really beautiful wooden furniture and super comfortable couches. The whole place is thoughtfully designed for comfort using best quality materials. Quick walk into the village for lunch or dinner and a short drive to the ski hills. We had a marvellous time!

Summary: The house is amazing! Great location to the slopes, very comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen, close to the Tops Grocery Store. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the large table to sit around and play card games!

Summary: Great communication with our host Daryl who was very available by email and text. Easy to get in with information and pictures sent to us. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. The main area was great for family to relax and hang out in the evening. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of room for all of our gear. Easy drive to the mountain and very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Summary: The Chardonnay Chalet was a really great place to stay. The location to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville was very convenient. When we first arrived, I was concerned about how close the train tracks were, but we only heard 3 trains over a 4-day period. The house was very clean with new appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. We loved the really long table that we could all set at to eat and play games. Three full bathrooms was very nice when you have eight people, and all had several long/double racks which was perfect to hang up our wet ski clothes. The cabinet on the front porch with a lock was convenient for putting our ski and snowboard equipment in. The only thing we would have liked is if one of the bedrooms had two twin beds instead of all queen beds. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
